By measuring social impact, the organisations we work with are better placed to make their case and embed social impact systems within their structures. We work with all levels of staff, volunteers, senior management and Board.

We help organisations to understand the benefits of social impact measurement and develop Social Impact Strategies and Action Plans. By focusing on outcomes and impact, we create a strong evidence base for organisations to pilot, expand or replicate their work elsewhere.

Our approach is based around co­-production. We help organisations to work directly with the people who use their services. We give service users a greater say in how services are designed, delivered and measured.

This helps to bring a fresh perspective to local issues, spark innovations and build collaborations. We can also help projects to develop and grow through grant writing and funding bids either as lead writer or specialist contributor.

We are passionate about helping entrepreneurial individuals, organisations and communities to develop and grow. We do this through one­ to­ one mentoring, business development programmes and tailor­made training.

We work with organisations, commissioners and service providers who need rigorous and independent evaluations of projects and services. We can also provide support and advice on how to procure these services more widely.
